Appointments

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with a 24 hour notice. Your appointment time, the doctor time, operatory and dental equipment have been reserved exclusively for you. With your cancellation made in a timely manner, we have advanced notice to offer this precious time to another patient.

Meet Dr. Esther N. J. Lukwago

The Head Dental surgeon at Kay's dental clinic

She earned her first degree – a bachelor of Dental Surgery at Makerere University Kampala, then pursued a masters degree in Dental Public Health at the Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas Dental Institute of the University of London.

Dr. Lukwago understands the ever unique needs and concerns of her patients and strives to deliver the highest quality dental care in a comfortable and friendly enviroment while treating them like family.

She is proficient in all aspects of dentistry with particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and looks forward to welcoming you to the Kay's dental family.

Insurance, payments and financing Options

At Kay's Dental clinic we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date.

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement. We accept all AAR, Alliaz, AXA, Bupa, Cigna, Healix, AA, ICEA, MSH, Prudetial and Sanlam.

We accept cash, cheques, moble phone payments and all major credit cards. We are pleased to offer flexible financing for patients who wish to make monthly payments for more extensive dental needs. We also offer our own in-house discount plan.
